He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Hickenbottom and Opal Hickenbottom; his former wife Joy Hickenbottom; his sister Orilla Dean Hickenbottom; and his son Rick Hickenbottom.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Hickenbottom; his children, Ronald Hickenbottom, Marvin D. Kizer and Jolene K. McClendon (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jamie N. Walker, Joey A. Walker and Rhonda F. McAdow; his great grandchildren, Hannah R. South, Maxwell J. McAdow, Alice G. McAdow, Van H. McAdow, Lily N. Walker, Abby L. Walker, Ava L. Walker and Eden Walker; and his caregiver Heather Van.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christians United for Israel.
