He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Popp; and his brother David Popp. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Popp of Temple; his siblings, Susan Popp of Austin, Nanette Popp of Belton, Laura Calhoun (Jim) of Temple and Richard Popp (Maureen) of San Antonio; his aunts, Bess and Linda; his uncle John Jez of Temple; his daughters, Amanda Popp of Bastrop and Candace Popp of Austin; and his stepson Joshua Schiller of Bastrop. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
