He was predeceased by: his parents, James Floyd Morgan and Ruby Lucille Ray; and his siblings, Kenneth Morgan, Maureen Moon and Louann Hitt.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Veronica Brock (Ronnie); his son Steven Morgan of Belton; and his stepchildren, Donald Baggerly of Montgomery and Colleen Dittmer of Belton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
