He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Gene Foster and Sue. He is survived by: his wife Gisela Foster; his brothers, Dale Foster Grant, Timothy Bo Foster Grant of Alabama and Mike Booge Foster Grant (Glenda Foster); his parents-in-law, Bonnie Solt and Lyle Clayton Meier; his brother Ronald Foster; his great-niece Abbigal Rose Hicks; his aunt Mary Rose Phillips; and also Loren Smith Atchley. He is also survived by Nine nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews and two great Great niece and nephew.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
