It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Eileen Winkler of Belton, Texas, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Charlie Winkler and Lena Symm Winkler; and her brother James Carl Winkler. She is survived by: her husband Norman Winkler of Belton; her son David Winkler (Marsha) of Belton; and her siblings, Robert Winkler of Georgetown and Margie Jones of Temple.
