She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Haisler and Mary Rusnak Haisler; her daughter-in-law Kathleen Vitek; and her siblings-in-law, Johnny Kostohryz, Frank Hromadka and Shirlene Haisler.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Jan Cornelius (John) of Morgan's Point and Ron Vitek of Temple; and her siblings, Mary Jane Hromadka of Hewitt, Shirley Kostohryz of McKinney, Bob Haisler of Belton and Jerry Haisler (Helen) of Temple. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
