He is survived by: his mother Shirley Louise Davis Peterson of Belton; his wife Phyllis Peterson of Temple; his son Kyle Peterson of Belton; his stepchildren, Jason Wittenauer (Sarah) of Round Rock, Frank Wittenauer (Christine) of Connecticut and Kristen Garren (Brian) of Kentucky; his brothers, Kirk Peterson (Lucy) of Dallas and Kevin Peterson of Vietnam; his grandchildren, Madilyn, Madison, Landon, Hannah, Wyatt, Katie, Kate and Carrie; and his nieces and nephews, Johannah Peterson, Kathleen Peterson, Eilish Peterson Pruitt and Sean Peterson.
