He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marmon and Virginia Marmon (Rickart). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Marmon; his daughter Sherry Millican (Si) of San Antonio; his siblings, Stephen Marmon (Delores) of Beatrice, Nebraska, Kevin Marmon (Kim) of Wymore, Nebraska and Beverly French of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his grandchildren, Miles Millican of San Antonio and Alison Millican of San Antonio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Keys Valley Baptist Church Youth Ministry in Belton.
