He is survived by: his wife Jutta U. Twiggs; his granddaughters, Chelsea Cordova (Max) and Torri Twiggs; his great grandchildren, Aiyden, Julien and Anaya; his sons, Quinten Twiggs (Tonya) and Stacy Twiggs (Michelle); his siblings, Loleta Riggin, Ray Twiggs, James Twiggs and Douglas Twiggs; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy and Alvin Tucker (David).
