As David Lee departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved David Lee. Though David Lee may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Lee Stroud and Floy Ella Stroud (Connally); and his daughter Angela Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Matthews; and his daughters, Lisa Van Cleave and Stephanie Harvey (Paul). He is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Val Verde Baptist Church.
