He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Cerda of Washington; his siblings, Rhonda Jackson (Michael), Cynthia of Washington, Stuart Sr. (Norma) of Washington, Lori Williams, Glenda Jackson, Kim Flowers (Lorenzo), Teresa of Washington, Keith (Nicole) of Washington and Christian of Washington; his children, Melvin of Washington, Michelle of Washington, Victoria Le Doux Spoon (Christopher) and Patricia (Celestina) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Jake Cordero, Lillian Spoon, Malachi of Washington and Austin Spoon.
