She was predeceased by: her husband Benny Bay; and her parents, Hazel Garner Richard (Marsh) and Edmond Hall Richard. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Garner Smith (Pat) of Austin, Richard Edmond Bay (Terrie) of Belton, James Anderson Bay of Killeen and John Arthur Bay (Sarita) of Cedar Park; her grandchildren, Richard Bay Jr, Ryan Bay (Santanna, Laura Smith), Jordan Bay Cotter (Chris) and Stephanie Smith (Clifton Russell); her great grandchildren, Greyson Bay, Graham Bay and Caroline Doris Russell (Smith); and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Bay and Laura Ellen Sinclair (Bay). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the First United Methodist Church in Belton.
