She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Peeples and Jessie Mae Peeples (Nichols); and her siblings, Howell Peeples, Bert Peeples, Leon Peeples, Hazel Reem Sweet (Peeples) and Reba Surghnor (Peeples).
Her father died in 1919 during the Flu pandemic and both he and her mother are buried in McCann Cemetery outside of Rogers.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bell County Museum or the Belton Church of Christ.
