She is survived by: her husband Donald Smith of Belton; her children, Harry Proctor Sr. of Belton and Suarra Reagan of Houston; her sister Charlene Henry of Killeen; and her grandchildren, Harry Proctor, Bobby Proctor, Karen Proctor Shackleford, Kendray Proctor, Karrie Jean Proctor and Nechelle Le Proctor. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
