We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2023, at the age of 79, Barbara Caffrey of Belton, Texas, born in Temple, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Adrian Speer and Virginia Speer (Hale); her husband Raymond J. Caffrey Sr.; her brother Ted Speer; her children, Raymond Joseph Caffrey Jr. (Marcie) and Adrianne Caffrey Evers (Jonathan); her siblings, Wayne Speer and Glenda Palm; and her grandchildren, Brenna, Wyatt and Aislyn. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
