With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alma McElwain of Belton, Texas, who passed away on August 18, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Reed and Onie Reed (Sims); her former spouse Aubrey Whitis; her husband William "Bill" McElwain; and her siblings, Joyce Mae Pryor of Sacramento, CA, Cecil Reed of Dallas and Elsie Keele of San Saba.
She is survived by: her daughter Alma Christine Pratt (Fuson Lee) of Temple; her grandchildren, Tina Lynne Martinez (Freddy) of Belton and Trent Dewayne Pratt (Point Resort) of Morgan; her great grandchildren, Mark Allen Lischer Jr. and Khristopher Allen Lischer (Peyton Jade); and her great great grandchild Emersyn Grace Lischer.
Memorials may be made to Helping Hands Ministries in Belton.
