He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. George and Timmie A. George; his wife Mary Jo George; his son Billy George; and the parents of child, James and Timmie George.
He is survived by: his children, Mike George (Doris) of Rockport, Virginia "Gina" Fitzgerald (Steve) of Montgomery and Leslie Alexander (Steve) of El Dorado, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Tammy Godwin, Jaime George, Kelsi Divine, Kirk Fitzgerald, Chase Alexander (Alana) and Carmen Phillips (Justin); and his brother Jimmy George (Sue) of El Campo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and numerous other family members and dear friends.
