He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Ruffino and Carmela Ruffino (Gasalvatore); and his brothers, Frank Ruffino and Joe Ruffino, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ruffino (Lambert); his uncle Bennie; his children, Vince Anthony Ruffino Jr. (Rebecca) and Natalie Ruffino Jones; his grandsons, Vince Ruffino III (Trey), Conner Neumann (Lauren Provost) and Cole Neumann; and his brother Richard Ruffino.

In lieu of flowers, the family would request a donation to the Bellville Knights of Columbus Scholarship Fund.
