With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Anne Skrivanek of Bellville, Texas, born in Cochranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter William Stallsmith and Esther Marie Stallsmith (Carey); her son Greg Applegate; her former husband Walter Applegate; and her husband Ladis F. Skrivanek.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Applegate (Peggy Draehn) of Bellville; and her grandchildren, Max Applegate, Nell Applegate of Pennsylvania and Jade Applegate Burchard (Evan Burchard) of California. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Bellville United Methodist Church or to the charity of one's choice.
