He is survived by: his mother Phorn Keo of San Diego; his wife Maria Oucht of Bellville; his children, Sessilia Oucht of Bellville and Eric Waller of Bellville; his siblings, Saila Keo of San Diego, Frank Oucht of San Diego and Sophear Keo (Cyndy) of San Diego; and his grandmother Sonn Oucht of San Diego. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, dear family and many co-workers and friends.
