He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Green and Athlene Green; his sister Vickie Acebo; his brother-in-law David Price; and his friends, Larry and David Krueger.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Price; his daughters, Rhonda Plata (Raul) and Cathy Foreman (Mark); his grandchildren, Emily Foreman, Jared Plata, James Brady Foreman and Jacob Plata; his great grandchild Greyson Wayne Plata; his sister Mona Tucker (Royce Jurries); his brother-in-law Robert Acebo; his brother John L.; his sisters-in-law, Carla Price and Wilma Sanders; his nieces and nephews, Teri Michelena, Leslie Lindholm (Karl), Jason Acebo (Angie), Lea Wibker, Jackie Elliot, Darren Sanders, Brian Sanders (Rebecca) and Shelli Crook (Charles); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marco, Madelynn, Mackenzie, Taylor (Alexandra), Kenidee, Katelyn, Brian (Meredith), Kristen (Anthony), Rachel (Jonathan), John and Beckett.
