He is survived by: his former wife Sheila Schrader Bolinger; his wife Shelia; his grandchildren, Shane Boeker (Margaret Ann) and Rachel Boeker; his sister-in-law Peggy Roush; his stepsons, Jordan Bolinger (Katy) and Paul Bolinger; his siblings, Gloria Havemann and Don Abel; and also Barbara Gwen Bolinger (Frostie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends and former co-workers.
