He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayford Killen, Sr. and Marie Killen Brown; his son Gary Lynn Killen; and his siblings, Peggy Sue Killen, Billy Joe and Charles Clyde Killen.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Killen; his children, Tina Swonke and Billy Ray Killen; his sisters, Patsy Hodges and Dorothy Rogers; and his grandchildren, Kristina Nicole, Dustin Wayne Swonke, Kaylea Rae and Kolby Lynn Killen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
