He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Aldredge and Maud "Millie" Aldredge of Gilmer; his family, John Patrick and Glenn Michael; his sons, John Patrick and Glenn Michael; and his siblings, Patricia and Andy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Edith Peterson; his family, Edwin Christopher and Marcus David; his sons, Edwin (Katherine) and Marcus; his grandchildren, Alysa (Travis), Austin and Ginny; and his sister Ann Cummings.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Knesek Family Funeral Chapel - Bellville - License (842 E Main St, Bellville, TX 77418). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bellville United Methodist Church (234 S Masonic St, Bellville, TX 77418). A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Prairie Lea Cemetery (1004 Prairie Lea St, Brenham, TX 77833).
