He is survived by: his parents, Luciano Ruiz and Candelaria Ruiz (Perez) of Sealy; his wife Kristen Ruiz of Bellville; his daughters, Morgan Ruiz of Industry, Emmy Ruiz of Bellville and Abby Ruiz of Bellville; his sister Laura Spiteri (Phil) of Katy; his aunts and uncles, Maria, Estella, Minerva, Francisca, Rosa, Juan, Ruben, Lalo and Jose; his parents-in-law, Allen and Marilyn Cerny of Praha; and his sister-in-law Sandi Atnipp of Flatonia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, cousins, other family and dear friends.
