He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto, Sr. Falk and Lottie Falk (Mewis); his wife Shirley Falk; his sister Ida Idell Tenny; and his niece Alisa Rybarski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Oldag of Midland and Rebecca Castillo of Sealy; his stepchildren, Sam Martinez, Jr. and Christina Martinez; his siblings, Erma Lou Coskey (Norman) of Houston, Otto J. Falk, Jr. (Lourene) of Bellville and Jeffery Lynn Falk of Bellville; his half-brother Douglas Mewis (Catherine) of Sugarland; his mother-in-law Gladys Gilliam; and his brother-in-law Rick Tenny of Wimberly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear family and friends.
