He is survived by: his children, Dr. Ted Lamp (Terri), Sue Schuelke (David) and Ann Bodeker (Robin); his grandchildren, Abrah Stafford (John), Zack Lamp (Lauren), Ross Bodeker (Taylor) and Hannah Bodeker; his great grandchildren, Creede, Marjie Stafford, Holland and Levi Lamp; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren Windsor (Troy Golba), David Windsor (Meghan), Sarah Windsor, Jennifer Schuelke and Amy Keene (Jason); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tess, Blaire Rosas, Hadley, Carson Windsor, Caroline and Wyatt Keene; his sister Beverly Gish (Dick); his sister-in-law Pat Lamp; and his nieces and nephews, Gary Pless (Jennifer), Sharon DeMartino, Kathryn Orth (Peter), John Gish (Laura), Douglas Lamp (Sharon), Kenneth Lamp (Annette) and Peggy Simar (Ken).
