He was predeceased by: his parents, Glyda Belle McCulloch and James Wallace McCulloch. He is survived by: his wife Laurie McCulloch; his daughters, Brittany McCulloch, Abbey McCulloch and Elizabeth O'Malley; his son-in-law Chris O'Malley; his granddaughter Ellie O'Malley; his brother Charlie; his sister-in-law Lisa McCulloch; and his close friend Piper.
