He is survived by: his wife Susan Zettel of Nelsonville; his granddaughter Amanda Rich of Nelsonville; his great grandchild Allie Grace Robert of Nelsonville; his siblings, Theresa Stark of Nelsonville and Charlie Zettel (Darlene) of Industry; his sister-in-law Phyllis Herndon; his niece Lisa Kaspar (Gregory); his nephew Quintes Stark, Jr. (Elida); his great-nieces, Lilly Kaspar, Mikayla and Ashley Stark; and his great-nephew Quintes Stark III of Nelsonville Texas.
