He is survived by: his wife Diane Arceneaux Arning; his sons, Dr. Erland Arning (Tonya) and Eric Arning (Mandy); his grandsons, Jourdan, Ethan, Colby, Kasey, Colin and Dylan; his sister France Sims (Floyd); and his sisters-in-law, Audrey Saucier (Narry), Evelyn Guidry (Lenet), Loretta Arning and Lois Lovell (Glen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
