She was predeceased by: her father Alvin Howell; her husband Charles Lyons; her mother Minnie Clarene Howell (McGee); her son Joseph "Keith" Lyons; her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Boyce Freeman; her brother Tony Howell; and her brother-in-law Bud Diggs.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Giebel (Greg) of Bellville, Debra Hall (Ron) of Munchweiler Alsenz, Germany and Harold "Dewain" Lyons (Lita) of Navarre, Florida; her daughter-in-law Rosie Lyons of Missouri; her grandchildren, Alicia Lyons (Wesley Dawson), Kayleigh Packard (Jeff), Chris, Aaron Hall, Megan, Gavin, Madison Giebel (Brody Cunningham), Melissa Foster, Julieanna Yates (Ryan), Brandon Newman and Brittnae Tarrence; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Felix, August, Juniper, Andrew, Eli, Evan, Raelynn and Kash Cooper; and her siblings, Shirley Diggs, Peggy Bramlett (Bill), Diana Serrano (Joe) and Ronnie Howell (Darlene). She is also survived by children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren.
