He was predeceased by: his parents, Meredith Bristol and Norma Bristol. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Adam (Tabitha), Andy (Danielle), Matt (Cindy) and Casea (Joey); his grandchildren, Hailey, Jordan, Jacob and Rhyan; and his sisters, Cammie, Laura, Lisa, Shelley and Gina.
