He was predeceased by: his wife Ora Dell Reeder Kollman; his parents, Percy Kollmann and Mary Kollmann; his sisters, Doris Schmidt, Ernestine "Steenie" Green and Mary Ann "Toodie" Venghaus; and his siblings-in-law, Isabella Kirchhoffer, Josie Ellermann, Nona Schmidt, William "Bill" Kirchhoffer, Herbert Ellermann, Emmit Venghaus, Richard Green and Alois "Mickey" Schmidt.
He is survived by: his sons, Fred E. Kollman (Karen) and William Dale Kollman (Debra); his grandchildren, Kristy Ann Kollman Thompson (David Kipp Thompson), Andrew Fred Kollman (Natasha), Tammy Jo Kollman Goebel (Blair Goebel) and Kitt William Kollman (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Jordyn Lee, Amanda Kay Thompson, Kynzie Dalane, Kash Andrew Kollman and Eli William Kollman; his stepgreat-grandsons, Koltin Kocian and Kasen Kocian; and his close friend Joyce Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
