He was predeceased by: his parents, Buel Gabbert and Wanda Rose Fox (Schaffer); his wife Betty Sue Fox; and his daughter Vicki Lockett. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Fannett (Jack) of Bellville; and his grandchildren, Rob Lockett, Lori Lockett Gaines, Reese Lockett, Hallie Lockett, Sarah Burt and Kari Burt. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family the grandkids.
