She is survived by: her husband Ben Koudelka, Sr; and her children, Danna (Warren), Beverly, Paige (Johnny), Ben, Jr (Christina), Eric (Kathy), Barrett (Jennifer), Kenny and Karl (Jill). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
