She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Jacob and Gerardine Carolyn Sievers Haby; her sisters, Dorothy'Totsy'Miller, Mary Joan Hahn and Majorie McNeill; and her great grandchild Ethan Reep.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Rodriguez (Jaime) of Sugar Land, Mark Owen (Joan Renee) of Bellville, David Owen (Carol Jean) of Katy, Mike Owen (Janet) of Richardson, Carol Keeney (Bill) of Lorena and Jacob Owen (Shani) of Acworth, Georgia; her grandchildren, Heather Reep, Heidi Owen, Rebecca Fruchtnicht, Chad Owen, Meghan Largent, Briana Kessler, Dayton Owen, Brennen Owen, Garrick Owen, Philip Keeney, Conner Keeney, Sr., Abigail Keeney, Zachary Owen and Sydney Owen; and her siblings, Martha Corcoran of Boerne, Suzie Krisak of Schertz and Gerry Haby of Houston. She is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Schmidt Funeral Home - Bellville (12029 TX-36, Bellville, TX 77418). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church - Brenham (701 Church St, Brenham, TX 77833). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the 1861 Pilgrims Rest Cemetery (1861 Pilgrims Rest Rd, Bellville, TX 77418).
