He is survived by : his siblings, Waldo Holtz of Fort Worth and Laverne Uhlig of Houston; and his nieces and nephews, Harold Schulke, Gerald Schulke, Ronnie Hollien, Dana Hollien, Gregory Holtz, Steven Holtz, Michael Uhlig, Rebecca Huddleston, Celeste Hamlin, Debbie Pinkard, Diana Collingsworth and Michelle Berry.
