She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Moore and Mary Lee Moore; her husband Thomas Larkin Ford; her son Brian Larkin Ford; and her siblings, Frankie Ann Osborne, Geneva "Sis" Hunt, Ruby Mae Malone, Yvonne McGehee, Everett Hayden Moore, Harold Lloyd "Bud" Moore, Melvin Moore and Tony Lee Moore.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Ford (Shannon) and Jason Ford (Tammy); her grandchildren, Tylor Ford (Kasey), Todd Ford and Maci Legg (Tanner); her sons, Morgan Maloy (Ethan), Kailen Ford, Shannon Winkler (Cory) and Mack Pickle (Destiny); her great grandchildren, Anson, Axel, Brody, Flora, Jordyn, Margo, Olivia, Remy and Scarlett; her sisters, Mary Kay Underwood (Jackie) and Joan Bell; and her half-sister Dorothy Ball.
