She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Lou and Mary Lou; her stepfather Edgar Ayers; her husband Richard Truitt; and her brother Joe G. Pannell.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Ford of Bells and Jay Ford of Bells; her grandson Jaycob Ford of Whitewright; and her siblings, Lynda Fleming of Bells and Jackie Pannell (Vivian) of Santa Barbara. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
