She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Baker; and her siblings, Jo Hillard (David) and Mark Gattis. She is survived by: her father Earl Wayne Baker of Bells, Texas; her husband Jerry Hartwell of Bells, Texas; and her son Jay M Hartwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 only a private service will be held at Arledge Ridge Cemetery in Bonham, Texas.
