He was predeceased by: his brother Bill Patton; his father-in-law Barker; and his former wife Suzanne Palumbo. He is survived by: his spouses, Suzanne Palumbo and Brenda; his daughter Melissa (Dean Flyger) of Bells; his grandchildren, Suzanne Carol Flyger of Bells and Frederick Markham Flyger of Bells; his brother Carl Patton (George Baden) of Alexandria, VA; his sister-in-law Sherry Patton of Lewisville; and his nephew David Patton (Tamara Patton) of Minneapolis, MN.
