He was predeceased by: his wife June Ball; and his son-in-law Dean "Tater" Roberts. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Roberts of Bells and Ann Malone (Tony Sulsar) of Bells; his sister-in-law Becky Wheless (Gene) of Colbert, Okla.; his sister Wanda Brice; his grandchildren, Jared Roberts (Allison), Ashleigh Hyatt (Terry), Justin Roberts (Briauna Rolen), Hunter Malone (Seve Mexia), Breeonna Overman (Justin Erwin) and Katelyn Malone (Ryan Del); his great grandchildren, Isley Kybruz, Ian Kybruz, Oliver Del and Kristopher Erwin; and his close friends, Ray, Nellie Flood and Kay "Skeeter" Callahan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Military Order of Purple Heart.
