He is survived by: his mother Wanda June Ballard (Norman); his wife Vickie Ballard; his sons, Shawn Ballard, Chris Ballard and Stacey Ballard; his stepchildren, Royce Chapman and Amanda Rucinski; his brother Stephen Ballard; his uncle Ralph Ballard; his aunt Carol Ballard; his niece Brianna Vazquez (Omar); and his nephew Blayne Ballard. He is also survived by six granddaughters; two grandsons.
