She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Bassinger and Josie Bassinger; her daughter Doris Pedigo; her great grandchild Ian Pedigo; her husband Nathan "Nate" Phelps; her daughters, Toni Paveloff and Sherry Ballard; her sons-in-law, Mark Paveloff and Steve Pedigo; her brother Jerry Don Bassinger (Sandra); her grandchildren, Ben, Holly Pedigo, Bill, Stephanie Pedigo, Brianna, Omar Vazquez, Blayne Ballard, Derek Paveloff and Morgan Paveloff; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Olivia, Braylon, Gavyn and Mayson.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, masks will be required at the visitation and the funeral service. Social distancing will be observed.
