She is survived by: her husband Sammy Glenn Blocker of Bellmead; her children, Willie Collins (Jessica) of Wisconsin, Alisha Pineda of Marlin, Dixie Petty (Kent) of Lorena, Kayla Douglas (Richey) of Bellmead and David Blocker (Emily) of California; her mother Shirley Shinault (Jacobs) of Marlin; and her siblings, Lester Collins of Waco and Brenda Hemphill (Gary) of Waco.
