He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Richard Edward and Annie May Cook (Patterson) of Denton, TX.; his wife Allyne Childs; and his siblings, Bobbie Trousdale and Edward Cook.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Cook and Patricia; his son-in-law Todd Gullekson; his grandchildren, Katy Flanagan Barnes, Ryan Flanagan, Bailey Vetterick, Dakota Vetterick and Cassidy Grace Vetterick; and his great grandchild Harper June Barnes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
