She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Lee Woodard, Sr. and Jessie Lee Scott Woodard; her siblings, Beryl Lockett, Scott Woodard, Lewis Woodard, Lonnie Woodard (Toots) and Lou Cowan (Jerry Duggan); and her son Danny Duggan.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale Duggan (Linda) and Tim Duggan (Jackie); her daughter-in-law Janiece Duggan Watts (Jim); and her child P. O. Box. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
