He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Minerva Atkins (Robert), Edgar Quiroz (Francis), Charles Cooper (Veronica) and Jasmine Kumaraswamy (Rajendran); his father Charles Cooper; his sister Lora Cooper; and his brother-in-law Juan Bueno. He was also cherished by grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and nephew.
