She is survived by: her children, Kathy O'Neal (Carlos) and Jack Palmer, Jr. (Sharon); her grandchildren, Jack Palmer III (Latrice), Adrian Palmer, Darren Palmer, Demond Palmer, Brandon Palmer (Irene), Kayla O'Neal and Kaley O'Neal; her siblings, Joe Louise Taylor (Jeannie) and Freda Taylor Shaw; and her sister-in-law Mattie McGee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a host of very special close friends.
