He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Jackson Rogers and Loney Rogers (Dennis); his siblings, Jean Wilson, Merle Rogers, Jerry "Buck" Rogers and Juanita Worley; and his granddaughter Chelsea Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Tommie Lou Rogers of Lake Limestone; his sons, Jimmy Lee Rogers (Tammy) of Bellmead and James Raymond "Ray" Rogers (Renee Snodgrass) of Groesbeck; and his stepchildren, Larry McKinley of Bremond, Margaret Skains (Danny) of Bellmead and Christine Rivers (Joe) of Mart. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
